In this privacy statement we want to explain what we at ReleaseTMS do with the information we receive about you. If you have any questions or want to know exactly what we keep, please contact us.

What data do we process and how do we do that?

We process personal data of direct and indirect, existing or potential relations, and of our employees. The processing is necessary, for example, to be able to serve our customers, to be able to deliver or deliver orders, to be able to invoice, to be able to pay our staff, to place orders with suppliers and for promotional or marketing purposes. There may also be a legal obligation to keep certain data.

We only process those personal data that we actually need. These data are kept carefully and no longer than necessary for the purpose for which they are processed. Our starting points are:

  • All our employees have a duty of confidentiality.
  • If we use third parties who process personal data on our behalf, we always enter into a processing agreement to ensure that your data is just as safe with that third party as with us.
  • We never sell your personal data to third parties.

We do not process special or sensitive personal data such as health, criminal history, salaries or country of birth.
