We provide independent consultancy, realisation and telecom management services to organisations from 100 employees upwards. An efficient telecom environment and effective telecom management ensures maximum availability for companies, as well as excellent service and maximum control over telecom costs. With our advice and services, we support CIOs, ICT managers, purchasers, finance managers, facility managers, telecom managers and HR managers.
ReleaseTMS was founded in 2004 by Erik Jan Keijzer (left) and Mike Veen (right).
After completing his studies at the University of Amsterdam, Erik Jan started his career at the American company Esprit Telecom in Amsterdam. Following various roles in commercial and operational management, he left Esprit after 8 years to work as an interim manager and consultant in both domestic and international settings. During one of these assignments, he reconnected with his former colleague Mike, and the idea to start a new company together quickly took shape. And so it happened.
Erik Jan, along with his girlfriend, has 2 children and a cat. He enjoys sports when he has the time, likes to be out on the water, and is a king behind the stove and the BBQ.
Mike studied business administration in Groningen and also began his career at Esprit Telecom. There, he held roles such as Commercial Director and General Director, achieving success. In 2001, he left Esprit Telecom to join an internet startup and later, as an interim manager during an assignment in Germany, reconnected with Erik Jan.
Mike lives in The Hague with his wife and two cats. Their three children are all studying and regularly come home to recharge. Mike doesn’t own a boat but enjoys sailing.

Team
Our diverse team consists of service-oriented support staff, product specialists, sales professionals, and consultants. It’s a great compliment that most of our colleagues have been with us for many years, making us a well-coordinated team. We operate with short lines of communication, and we interact with each other in an honest and informal manner. Additionally, we work with student employees who enjoy working for our clients during their studies, delivering solutions to every question. What’s also interesting is that we serve both operators and very large corporations as well as smaller companies, making the work diverse. And we’re experiencing substantial growth.
